Here's a story that I hadn't heard of until just now. I am posting it because it's shocking to me that $20.8 million dollars was spent experimenting on babies who were unable to give their consent. Where are all the ethicists? Two dozen institutions took part. This has nothing to do with stem cells, but it has a lot to do with research ethics which should concern everyone.
