Default Another update from Ward

Regine writing for Ward. We are at a seminar in Ashland Oregon. A friend of 30yrs. who lives here and who hasn't seen Ward for 1-1/2 years told him that he looks great contrary to the last time she saw him when she says he looked like "death warmed over." Also he wasn't wearing any oxygen when we had lunch together this time and didn't seem to need it. How's that for improvement! It's hard to recognize these things on an every day basis so we are very grateful to her for her observations.

Default Way to go Ward

Great news! Sometimes it does take others to notice. I think this is very encouraging. Thanks for your uplifting post.
