Wow, been a long time since my last update. I am doing well, no major changes. Really hot here in Fl and that is affecting me worse than ever. I feel my stem cells results are mixed. It seemed to help at first but now I feel a bit worse. My rt side continues to be weak and I use a cane more around the house. I started LDN 4 months ago and I have been on the max dose of 4.5mg for two months and so far no major changes, good or bad. No side effects, perhaps vivid dreams but I had that anyway. Starting...

Happy 4th everyone! Hope you are all feeling as good as I do! I still continue my green smoothies every day, using them as a great souce of instant nutrition and I enjoy them every day for breakfast and lunch. I am really feeling well. My energy is so much better than my family's energy! I drove 260 miles yesterday to see a college with my daughter and today she is tired and I feel great. Just wanted to update my blog because so many are asking me how I am doing and I like that! I am doing better each day, week and month. I no longer use my cane. I feel I walk much better without it. I was leaning too much on it and walked awkwardly. Now I have a better cadence walking on my own. I think if I was on a very uneven ground I would use it for balance.
