I have been getting good questions re my nutrition program so I am going to post the Q&A here:
I would like to learn more about the nutrition plan you use. When you blend, do you blend fruits and vegetables together? A-Yes and about 70% fruit, 30% veggies. What blender do you use--Vitamix? etc. A- I use a Blentec ICB7 see here:http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Blendtec-ICB...item588853c982
Do you rotate the produce or use the same produce daily (for example, some people rotate to not use the same foods each day)? A-I rotate veggies, fruit can be the same each day but I do vary that by availability. Also when you said 10% is non-raw, what does hat include? A- The 10 % is cooked vegan recepies, like a vegan chili etc. Also, do you eat nuts and seeds? A- Not much because I do not need them in my diet and they are high in fat. So nuts are a small handful at most and maybe 2 times a month. Read the 80/10/10 diet by Dr Douglas Graham for more info.
