I have a question for those of you who have had autologus stem cells reinjected intravenously, for any condition. I have heard from a few that, though the treatment was intended for more serious conditions, that arthritis symptoms went away, at least for a time. I would like to hear from those of you who have had autologus cells reinjected intraveneously to see if you experienced any difference in arthritis symptoms.
Thanks,
Jane

Unfortunately, I did get some relief in my thumbs from one treatment, but none in my lungs which is where I wanted it. This was a marrow extraction. Now, arthritis, depending on the type, can be better targeted as can other conditions such as the lungs, hearts, etc. Treatments need to be directed to the part of the body where you want the healing to take place and they should also utilize the type of stem cells that can best do the job.
