great news for cancer patients. on my local news they ran a piece on a drug that blocks the enzyme that causes melanoma cancers, not only does it block it it destroys the melanoma already caused. the drug is in trials and so far the melanoma after 7 months hasn't returned to patients. they should fast track this drug. but this next part may sound dumb, daxas the new copd drug in europe, does the same thing to the enzyme involved in inflammation process. now i've read but can't remember where, that they know the enzymes that shut down the elastin part and the collagen parts in regeneration of the lungs causing, emphysema. i was just wondering if they could stop those enzymes. after all we all could use more elastin and collagen. just a thought?
