Vitamins and Supplements for Neurological disease?

I am starting to research what supplements may help those with neurological disease or injury, I have heard D3 helps with MS, for instance. Does anyone have any personal experiences with particular supplements? I am looking at things like Choline, etc. Thanks in advance!

We are using Citicoline, Fishoil, Multivitamin, Ashitaba, OPC3 (Antioxidant), and a Probiotic.

The reason I referred you to that particular supplement was because it is recommended by Dr F after stem cell treatment for people he has treated for neurological problems. I thought perhaps that the information posted there might be of some help to you.
